I love this collection, the packagings and the products names are super cute, they reflect well the holiday spirit. Their little price gives you the opportunity to buy one for yourself and another one to give to someone else.
This powder has the same texture, the same efficiency, the same amount of product and the same color as the regular Essence All About Matt Compact Fixing Powder, which is a favorite of mine. The only thing that ain’t the same is the mountain embellishment, which makes it even cuter.
It is a tinted lip balm, it gives a nice washed out color to the lips, which gives an healthy look. It is hydrating, it does not dry out the lips. The staying power is 2 to 3 hours, but that is normal for a tinted lip balm that has a glossy texture.
This color can look scary and too intense in the pan, but once put on the cheeks and well blended, it is wearable on a day-to-day basis. It gives a I-Just-Go-Outside kind of effect, like you have rosy cheeks by the wind. This product can be applied with your fingers or with a stipple brush.
This palette packaging is super cute, from the inside and the outside, it is very light weighted, because it is made from cardboard. For such a tiny price, the pigmentation is quite good, even if the product is a little powdery. These colors fit well together and I like the fact that they are the same as the kajal pencils, which makes it easy to do a full look.
These pencils are quite pigmented, you only need 2 strikes to get a full line. The staying power is good, they stayed about 8 hours when they have powder on top of them. It is practical that they are double ended, they are compact and therefore easy to carry on with you.
